Olanga helps restaurants to work in conditions of a pandemic, whilst enabling better resource planning and reducing waste by 6%




During the time of emergency measures, Olanga AG provides its Olanga Catering application to all food sites in Bulgaria that wish to accept pre-orders and are able to deliver to final consumers.

Unlike traditional food ordering applications, Olanga allows you to order not only one meal but an entire menu for a day, two or even a week.

This saves us the obligation of constantly thinking about what to prepare for our family and allows the restaurant to plan and optimize its resources.

The service applies to pre-ordered meals, i.e. the order should be made at least 24 hours prior to consumption, as well as "leftover meals" for the same day, based on the requirements of each particular restaurant.

Partners must guarantee the necessary hygiene standards on their side in order to maintain the good health of their staff and customers.

Olanga operates under the motto "Less food waste - a benefit for all" and aims to improve the food production chain until it reaches its final consumers.

Using the app, around 6% of products can be saved on a day-to-day basis.
